Despite her childhood trauma Sarah wants to help others who have been let down by the system and ignored by institutions that were supposed to protect young vulnerable girls. Tommy put Sarah in touch with some professionals who can provide training and counseling that will make a huge difference to survivors of child sexual exploitation.
