Privacy Policy

• There are no accounts on MovieBari. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to sign in to.
• We run no database and keep no profile of you. Your watch history, your list and your recent searches are stored by your own browser and are never sent to us.
• We do count visits, with Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics, to see which parts of the site people use. That is aggregate measurement, not a profile — and Google Analytics is the one thing here that sets a cookie.
• We do not sell your personal data, because we do not hold any to sell.
• Advertising networks and the third-party video providers you play from set their own cookies and see your IP address. That part is theirs, not ours.
• To erase everything this site has ever stored about you, clear your browser's site data. That is the whole procedure.

Not what you search for, and not what you watch. There is no account system and no database behind this site. Your searches, your playback position and your saved list are handled entirely inside your browser — see what is stored on your device. The measurement described below counts that a page was viewed; it is not given the title you were looking at as personal data, and it is never tied to you.

Technical data, in ordinary server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, user agent and requested URL in order to serve the page, and records them in standard access logs.

Audience measurement. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to count pageviews and see which sections people use — how many visitors, which pages, roughly where in the world, and whether a visit is a first or a repeat one. Google Analytics does this with the cookies named below; Vercel Analytics uses no cookies at all. Neither is given your name, an email or an account, because the site holds none. We look at these numbers in aggregate to decide what to build and how much advertising a page can carry.

Your country, in the moment. The country code the hosting network derives from your IP is read on each request to apply regional availability rules. It is used to answer that one request and is not stored by us.

• To count how many people use which parts of the site, in aggregate, so we know what to build and how much advertising a page can carry.
• To meet legal obligations and respond to valid legal requests.

That is the complete list. We build no profiles, run no automated decisions about you, and sell nothing.

This is where everything personal about your use of MovieBari lives. It stays in your browser, on this device, and is never transmitted to us.

• Local storage — watch progress per title, your saved list, your saved radio stations and TV channels, recent searches, and a note of which video servers failed for you so they can be tried later rather than first.
• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics sets _ga and _ga_<id> as first-party cookies so a repeat visit is recognised as the same device. They carry a random identifier and nothing about who you are. These are the only cookies this site sets; everything else in this list is storage, not cookies.
• Cookies and storage set by advertising networks and by the video and game frames you open. Those are set by those companies under their own policies, not ours.

Running this site means other companies see some data, either on our behalf or in their own right:

• Our hosting provider — serves every request and keeps standard access logs.
• TMDB — supplies catalogue metadata and artwork. Images load from their servers, so they receive your IP address.
• Third-party video providers — when you press play, the frame is loaded from their domain and they see your IP address and device details directly. We have no visibility into or control over what they collect.
• Broadcasters and station hosts — live TV and radio streams are fetched by your browser straight from whoever operates them, so they see your IP address too.
• YouTube for trailers and GamePix for games — same arrangement, in their frames.
• Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics — audience measurement. Google receives the technical data above plus the cookie identifier; Vercel receives the technical data only.
• Advertising networks — see the next section.

MovieBari is free and is funded by advertising. Two networks deliver it — Adsterra on the film and series pages, and Monetag on the games, live TV and radio sections. Between them they serve the popunder, the social bar, in-page push, and any banner or native unit. They may set cookies or similar identifiers and use them to select and measure advertisements, including across sites.

We pass them nothing about you, because we have nothing to pass: no email, no identifier, no history. What they observe, they observe directly from your browser when their script runs. A browser-level content blocker or your browser's cookie controls will limit what they can do.

• Analytics — kept by Google and Vercel under their own retention schedules. We hold no copy of it ourselves and store nothing about you outside them.
• Server logs — for the short period our hosting provider retains them.
• Everything on your device — until you delete it, either item by item in the interface or all at once by clearing your browser's site data.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Those rights attach to data a service holds about you, and we hold none ourselves — the only records that exist are the aggregate analytics held by Google and Vercel, and our hosting provider's access logs. So in practice the controls that matter are yours directly:

• Delete everything — clear this site's storage in your browser settings. It is immediate, it needs no request to us, and it is complete.
• Limit the ad networks and the analytics — a content blocker stops all of them, and Google publishes its own opt-out add-on. Neither affects anything else on the site.
• Ask us anyway — if you believe we hold something about you, write to mail.moviebari@gmail.com and we will look and tell you honestly what we find.

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to mail.moviebari@gmail.com and we will delete it.

The strongest security property this site has is that it stores nothing about you: there is no account to compromise, no password to leak and no database to breach. What remains are the ordinary risks of any website and of the third-party frames you open. No system is perfectly secure — keep that in mind before entrusting anything sensitive to any website.

We may update this policy. The current version, with its last-updated date, is always the one on this page. Material changes will be signposted on the site.
