DMCA Policy

MovieBari complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. We operate as an online service provider. We do not host, upload, store, encode or transmit any video file on our own servers. What this site holds is an index: catalogue information, and links or embed frames pointing at material that third parties have already made publicly available elsewhere.

Concretely, everything on a title page comes from somewhere else:

• Catalogue data — titles, posters, cast, synopses and ratings come from The Movie Database (TMDB) API.
• Trailers — embedded from YouTube, played by YouTube's own player.
• Streams — served inside a cross-origin iframe by independent third-party embed providers. We have no account with them, no upload access, and no ability to edit or delete what they serve.
• Games — supplied by the GamePix distribution feed and run on GamePix infrastructure.

All trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, videos and copyrighted works referenced on MovieBari are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here is for identification and reference only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship. We are not responsible for material that other people have uploaded to third-party websites.

We take copyright seriously and respect the rights of content owners. If you believe material linked from MovieBari infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send us a written notice containing all of the following:

1. 01Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If a single notice covers multiple works, a representative list is enough.
2. 02The specific URLs on MovieBari carrying the allegedly infringing link or embed. A notice that names only a title, a domain or a search results page cannot be acted on — we need the exact pages.
3. 03Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
4. 04A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. 05A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. 06Your physical or electronic signature.

We review every valid notice and act on it within 24 to 72 hours, normally by removing the reported link or embed from the page, and where appropriate by removing the title from our index entirely.

What we remove is our link. We cannot delete the underlying file, because it is not ours and it is not on our infrastructure — taking a link down here leaves the source untouched and reachable by every other route to it. If your objective is removal of the media itself, the notice has to go to the host serving it. That is a separate notice to a separate party, and it is the only one that ends the availability of the file.

If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, and your name, address and telephone number together with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, MovieBari has adopted a policy of terminating — in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion — the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers, and of permanently de-listing sources that repeatedly appear in valid notices.
