Content Removal

The short version of the DMCA process: how to ask for a link to be removed from MovieBari, and what happens after you do.

MovieBari respects the rights of copyright owners. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, you can ask us to remove it and we will.

What we can remove
MovieBari does not host any video on its own servers. We publish links and embed frames pointing at material already available on third-party sites. We can remove our link quickly. We cannot delete the file, because it is not ours — for that, the notice has to go to the company hosting it.

How to submit a request

Email mail.moviebari@gmail.com and include:

  1. 01Your name and contact information (email, and a phone number if you have one).
  2. 02Identification of the work — title, description, or a link to the official release.
  3. 03The exact URLs on MovieBari carrying the link you want removed. This is the one field a request cannot go ahead without.
  4. 04A statement that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  5. 05A good-faith statement that the use of the material is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. 06A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate.

What happens next

We review requests as they arrive and act on valid ones within 24 to 72 hours. When a request is valid we remove the reported links, and where the whole title is affected we de-list it from the catalogue, the search index and our sitemaps so it stops being discoverable here.

You will get a reply at the address you wrote from. If a request is missing the specific URLs, that reply will ask for them rather than close the case.

Requests that are not about copyright

Use the same address for anything else that needs taking down — a privacy concern, a personal-data deletion request under the Privacy Policy, wrong or defamatory catalogue information, or artwork and metadata that should not be shown. Say what the problem is and give the URL; it is handled by the same people on the same timeline.
